Capture leads with forms
Forms turn website visitors into contacts. Mailee hosts the form, captures the submission, and adds the person straight to your audience.
Build a form
Go to Forms → New. Add the fields you want to collect — email is required; first name and any custom fields are optional. Set the success message or a redirect URL for after someone submits.
Choose what happens on submit
For each form you can:
- Add to a list automatically.
- Apply tags so you can segment later.
- Enrol in a sequence — for example, a welcome series.
- Require double opt-in (recommended).
Double opt-in
With double opt-in, a new subscriber receives a confirmation email and must click to confirm before they're active. It's an extra step, but it dramatically improves list quality and deliverability — only genuinely interested, real addresses make it onto your list.
Embed or share
Every form has a hosted page you can link to directly, or embed on your own site. Submissions flow into Contacts immediately, and the form's view and submission counts appear on the form itself.
Tip: ask for as little as possible. An email-only form converts far better than one asking for five fields — you can always learn more later.
